Chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, calls for the release of Narges Mohammadi

Jørgen Watne Frydnes, Chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, calls for the immediate release of Narges Mohammadi on her 52th birthday on 21th April 2024. His message reads:

“Free Narges Mohammadi now. Enough is enough. After 10 years in prison, 135 days in solitary confinement, and facing over 9 more years, she has been sentenced to a total of 35 years and 3 months throughout her life. Today, on her 52nd birthday—the 10th she’s spent behind bars—let’s rally for her freedom. Free Narges now.”

 

نرگس محمدی را آزاد کنید!

نرگس محمدی برنده جایزه صلح نوبل ۱۰ سال از عمرش را در زندان های ایران گذرانده است. ۱۳۵ روز را در سلول های انفرادی سپری کرده و بیش از ۹ سال حکم زندان در پیش رو دارد.

نرگس به طور کلی در طول عمر ۵۲ ساله اش به ۳۵ سال و ۳ ماه زندان محکوم شده است.

امروز ده امین تولد ایست که در زندان جشن می‌گیرد.

برای نرگس محمدی در روز تولدش آرزوی آزادی دارم.
