The Revolutionary Court sentenced Narges Mohammadi to endure fifteen months in prison, two years of exile outside Tehran and neighboring provinces, a two-year travel ban, a two-year ban on membership in social-political groups, and a two-year ban on using a smartphone.

Narges Mohammadi faced charges of spreading propaganda against the Islamic Republic regime, and she declined to take part in any of the interrogations or trial sessions in court.

This trial occurred in her absence on December 19, 2023, at Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari. It was initiated following a complaint from the Ministry of Intelligence, and the verdict was promptly issued in her absence during that session.

The judgment resembles a political statement against NargesMohammadi, emphasizing accusations that she repeatedly incites and encourages public and individual opinions against the Islamic regime to sow chaos and disturbances. It is alleged that she plays into the hands of the country’s enemies and engages in various forms of opposition against the government.

From the year March 2021 until now, this is Narges’s fifth conviction, with three of them being due to her activities from inside prison.

Her total five convictions amount to 12 years and 3 months of imprisonment, 154 lashes, 4 months of travel ban, 2 years of exile, and various social and political prohibitions.

سومین محکومیت نرگس محمدی به دلیل فعالیت در داخل زندان

دادگاه انقلاب ، نرگس محمدی را به تحمل پانزده ماه زندان، دو سال تبعید به خارج از تهران و استانهای مجاور ، دو سال منع خروج از کشور، دو سال منع عضویت در گروه ها ی اجتماعی – سیاسی و دو سال منع استفاده از تلفن هوشمند محکوم کرد.

نرگس محمدی در این پرونده متهم به تبلیغ علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی بوده و حاضر به شرکت در جلسات بازپرسی و محاکمه نشده است.

این محاکمه ۲۸ آذر در شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب به ریاست ایمان افشاری و با شکایت وزارت اطلاعات برگزار شد و رای در همان جلسه به طور غیابی صادر شده است.

رای صاده بی شباهت به یک بیانیه سیاسی علیه متهم نیست و بارها تاکید شده که او به تحریک و ترغیب افکار عمومی و افراد به جنجال و آشوب دست می زند و بازی ای را به نفع دشمنان این مرز و بوم پیش برده و هر گونه فضاسازی علیه حاکمیت را منتشر می کند.

از سال ۱۴۰۰ تا کنون این پنجمین محکومیت نرگس است که ۳ محکومیت به دلیل فعالیتهای او در داخل زندان می باشد .

مجموع پنج محکومیت وی در مجموع ۱۲ سال و ۳ ماه زندان و ۱۵۴ ضربه شلاق و ۴ ماه رفتگری و ۲ سال ممنوع الخروجی و تبعید و محرومیت های اجتماعی و سیاسی است.
