BREAKING NEWS: Narges Mohammadi Finally Hospitalized After Nearly Nine Weeks of Denied Medical Care

After almost 9 weeks of medical denial Narges Mohammadi is finally hospitalized thanks to the support of civil and human rights activists , free narges coalition and the pressure from the global community and media.

These nine weeks of delay, along with the long years of imprisonment & solitary confinement have caused serious harm to Narges’s health requiring an extended long course of medical attention .

We continue to demand the unconditional release of Narges Mohammadi and her full access to medical care. A mere transfer to the hospital will not address the severe health issues caused by months of neglect and deprivation; she must be granted a medical furlough to receive comprehensive treatment for multiple conditions.

We are grateful to all friends who have supported, accompanied, and continue to raise awareness until narges is free.

نرگس محمدی سرانجام پس از تقریباً ۹ هفته تعلل و با حمایت فعالان مدنی و حقوق بشری و فشار جامعه جهانی و رسانه‌ها، به بیمارستان منتقل شد.

این ۹ هفته تأخیر و البته سال‌های طولانی تحمل زندان آسیب‌های جدی به سلامت و جان نرگس وارد کرده است که نیازمند یک روند درمانی طولانی‌مدت است.

ما همچنان خواستار آزادی بی‌قید و شرط نرگس محمدی و دسترسی کامل او به خدمات پزشکی و درمانی هستیم، چرا که انتقال صرف به بیمارستان کافی نیست و نمی‌تواند مشکلات ماهها عدم رسیدگی و عدم دریافت خدمات درمانی را حل کند.

از تمامی دوستانی که حمایت، همراهی و اطلاع‌رسانی کرده‌اند و همچنان ادامه می‌دهند، سپاسگزاریم.
